Program description

AI Trades Solutions offers a text messaging program, AI Trades Solutions Texts, for customers and people who contact us about missed-call text-back and website services for trade businesses in Middle Tennessee. When you opt in, you may receive text messages from (615) 535-9134 about:

Replies to your calls, missed calls, and questions
Scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and reminding you of appointments
Technician arrival times and service updates
Estimates, invoices, and follow-up after service
Customer care and requests for feedback about your service

How you opt in

You agree to receive text messages from AI Trades Solutions when you:

Check the text messaging consent box on a form on our website. The box is never pre-checked, and checking it is not required to submit the form or to buy anything from us.

Send a text message to (615) 535-9134.

Call us and we are unable to answer. If we miss your call, our phone system will automatically send you one text message from this number to follow up on your call. That message identifies us and explains how to opt out by replying STOP. We will send further messages only if you reply or have otherwise agreed to receive them.

After you opt in, we will send you a message confirming your enrollment. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most people receive 1 to 5 messages per inquiry, depending on scheduling and follow-up.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details. AI Trades Solutions does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from (615) 535-9134. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT, or tell us in your own words, by phone, or by email that you no longer want texts. We will honor any reasonable request to stop.

After you opt out, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Automated and AI-assisted messages

If you reply to one of our texts, some of the messages you receive after that may be written and sent by automated software that uses artificial intelligence ("AI"), our automated assistant, acting on behalf of AI Trades Solutions. By opting in, you understand and agree that:

You may be texting with an AI assistant, not a person. If you reply to a text from us and our assistant responds, it will tell you so in its first message, and it will always answer truthfully if you ask whether you are talking to a person.
The AI assistant can answer common questions, check availability, and book, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments for you.
An appointment is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message that includes the date and time. If you do not receive one, please call us at (707) 695-6465.
Prices, estimates, and diagnoses given by the AI assistant are general information only. They are not binding until confirmed by our team in a written agreement.
AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. If something doesn't look right, reply HUMAN or call (707) 695-6465 to reach a member of our team.
Our team may review conversations and step in at any time.
Do not use text messages for emergencies. If you have an emergency, call 911.

Your messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

When we send messages

We send messages that are not time-sensitive between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone. We may reply outside these hours when you message us first, or for urgent messages about an appointment that day.

Eligibility and your mobile number

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or let us know so we do not text the new owner of the number.

Supported carriers

Our program works with major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages may be delayed or not delivered because of factors outside our control, including your carrier's network and your phone's coverage.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we make a material change, we will notify you by text message where required. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated Terms, and you can always reply STOP to cancel.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The text messaging program is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, AI Trades Solutions is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, for errors in automated messages, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the program. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and applicable federal law.
